Sri Lanka: 3 ODIs & 3 T20s in Jamaica (early June)
Sri Lanka: 2 Tests in Antigua (June-July)
New Zealand: 5 ODIs in Guyana (mid July)
Pakistan: 2 Tests in Trinidad (July-August)

Funny that if India play Sri Lanka in the semis (they won't) the game is in India. Surely, given India have the final, the game should be in Sri Lanka?

In what appears to be a change to the ICC's original schedule announcement and the tournament playing conditions, Sri Lanka could play a #T20WorldCup semi-final at home if they qualify and Pakistan don’t. If Pakistan qualify for the semi-finals, they will play in semi-final 1 in Colombo on March 4. If Pakistan do not qualify for the semi-finals, but Sri Lanka do qualify and play anyone other than India, then Sri Lanka will play in semi-final 1 in Colombo. In the event of neither Pakistan nor Sri Lanka qualifying, semi-final 1 will be played in Kolkata, while semi-final 2 will be held in Mumbai. @Lommy0Tatham Pooran is understandable the way their board works but klaasen decision was pure greed. Right since his retention. You can’t gain respect just by playing leagues. Also nobody is talking about these two now and nobody cares. Game moves on.

Pooran and Klaasen retired from international cricket just before the T20 World Cup to focus on league cricket.
Now both are struggling in the leagues, while their national teams have already qualified for the Super 8. Nobody is bigger than the game, cricket stops for no one.

@CaribCricket Whatever happens it shouldn't be Hope, 2 formats is more than enough and got to protect him from burnout. There's other options like Campbell, King and Athanaze who have 4 day captaincy experience if they really want a change but i think Chase probably deserves Pak and SL at home

I hate people using England's 2021 test form as a benchmark. It's 4 years on now, that was a fine metric to use in 2022 but this should now be them at their peak

@CaribCricket And that game only had 65 overs of cricket - very hard to understand why they scheduled it at the same time as the rainy season and odi and test team are away and the t10 Bs is going on. Would be so much better to do at same time as IPL in April after 4 day championship surely
