I woke up at 6 am today, went to bed 11:15 last night. I have put up a challenge to wake up at 7 every day and this is my first time in 8 days I have completed it. I'm skipping the morning meditation today and will do it in the evening

Didn’t wake up at 6:30 again, woke up at 8:00. From tomorrow, I will try waking up at 7. I am also adding one more challenge: go to bed before 11 PM. I will tweet daily about what time I went to bed. Finished my 30 minute morning meditation

Didn’t wake up at 6:30 again. Woke up at 8:45 (yeah, I know it’s late). Finished my 30-minute morning meditation. From tomorrow, I’ll meditate right after waking up

Didn’t wake up at 6:30 today. It’ll take me a few days to adjust to the new time. Imma share my wake up time from tomorrow, it’ll make me more accountable ig. But I did 30 mins meditation out of 1 hour today
