Please do not give up on life. I know it takes so much courage to finally speak up and open up about everything you’ve been through. I truly hope you find healing, peace, and comfort in the days ahead.
Please remember that you are not alone anymore. There are so many people supporting you, believing you, and sending you love. x.com/boyslovehub/st…

You are free to unfollow anyone you want, but acting like an old Instagram follow is somehow equal to supporting or excusing a serious issue is exactly what’s taking the focus away from the victim.
These artists followed her long before any of this happened. She is a senior artist and co artist they have worked with before. A follow button is not a public statement, endorsement, or declaration of support. Turning it into one only creates unnecessary narratives and redirects attention from the people actually involved.
If standing in solidarity with the victim is truly the goal, then maybe the focus should stay on supporting and encouraging the victim instead of policing unrelated artists and making them the center of the conversation.
People can feel disappointed, sure. But calling it “inexcusable” for someone to still be following a senior artist and former co artist they likely followed long before the issue came out is a reach.
Not everything needs to become a witch hunt over social media activity.

You’re barking up the wrong tree miss. You can hold the people who liked the post accountable, but what about those who were already ff her before all this chaos? What did they do wrong? Can you be 100% sure that you know everything about the people you follow on social media?

Choosing to stay following a woman who stood up for and even DEFENDED her husband after word got out that he is a RAPIST, is a choice! So yes, if we want to hold our favs accountable for following her, it is MOST DEFINITELY appropriate!

People are free to feel disappointed or uncomfortable, and that’s understandable. But turning the conversation into a debate over Instagram follows is starting to take attention away from the actual issue that should matter most.
They followed her long before any of this came out. Keeping that follow does not automatically mean they agree with, defend, or support her actions. Social media activity alone should not be treated as solid proof of someone’s stance.
We can hold people accountable without jumping to conclusions or creating narratives based purely on a follow button.

I get why people feel strongly about this, and no one is saying enablers should be tolerated. But we also have to remember that they were following her way before this issue even happened. Following someone on Instagram does not automatically mean they support or side with everything that person says or does.
At this point, focusing too much on who follows who is honestly starting to divert attention away from the actual main issue, which is far more serious and important. Holding people accountable is valid, but assuming guilt or support purely based on an old follow feels unnecessary and unfair.

The situation involving the allegations and statements circulating online deserves careful attention.
Focus stays on the main issue, not on who follows or unfollows anyone. Social media following does not define anyone’s stance. Let’s avoid dragging more people into it and keep the conversation grounded on facts and verified updates.
