@the_markcast @danorlovsky7 Fair point but everyone is different. I grew up playing multiple sports through college and am an NFL fanatic (Philly!). But I really enjoy sports talk (with all of its flights/flaws) because sports, and namely the NFL can have such tactical complexities and provoking storylines.

@danorlovsky7 Just remember…people watch sports for the people that play sports, not those who talk about them. I for one am sick and tired of you guys (and girls) always trying to make the story about you, it’s not.

@JohnWal48463274 @getnickwright I feel ya man. Its much easier for me to be level headed since its not my team. But yeah its so aggravating when blown/inconsistent calls happen on the biggest stage and all everyone can practically do is wait 12 months and hope it doesnt happen again.

We didn't lose bcuz of the officials BUT had they done their job right we may have won..I really am not sure about the Cooks catch/INT but I do know DPI occurred. Sorry

That Davante catch actually shows the ridiculousness in folks acting like Cooks ever actually caught the ball last night. The Cooks “catch” was nothing like Davante’s catch, most notably because Cooks never actually caught it.

@JohnWal48463274 @getnickwright Haha breathe brother, breathe. I'm stritcly talking about the Cooks catch/INT. Yes, the DPI was definitely missed 😊 i was not commenting on the DPI and have already conceded that refs miss plenty of calls. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The rules analysts were ALL former officials-YES, I am not 100% sure about the Cooks catch either, BUT I AM DAMN SURE about the DPI that Denver should have been called for in the end zone.I don't have time for people who don't know WTF they are watching

@JohnWal48463274 @getnickwright Refs get calls wrong all the time (the booth arent officials so they def get it wrong too). but I just don't know what to say. This has been the rule for over 10 years. I'm honestly baffled that ppl are so upset out the Cooks no-catch/INT. This was 100% the right call.

@wuzwashere @getnickwright That is a bunch of bullshit. They contradict themselves all the time in the booth and are no better on the field. This whole idea of making a football move, hold onto it for 10 seconds, and NEVER EVER SMILE when u get up or it is incomplete

@AnnieGriff22001 @getnickwright It actually is though. The toe tap isnt the only requirement. They also have to complete the process to the ground. If they the tap but then the ball falls put when they hit the ground out of bounds its no catch. Its jarring to hear these comments. This is not new stuff.

@TheVicMonte The delay of game was a deserved penalty. People who are freaking out about it are (mostly) folks who unfortunately feel empty enough to want to chase the highs of sports betting. Im an Eagles fan who doesn't bet so I don't care. I simply struggle to see how that was a bad call.
