@jackhuwubenak Might as well just add it to the next build. It makes the download 90MB larger though, that's really the reason its not out.

@jackhuwubenak Uninstall chipspeech. change the (windows) download link with "1.770.exe" install and either grab LadyParsecHD_1065.plgfmt and modify chipspeech.bank.xml and un-comment the section with "01. Voice/Lady Parsec HD(FS2)", or apply the same thing in the latest version.
