Congratulations! House Bill 0074, the "Wyoming Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund'' was officially signed yesterday, by Governor Mark Gordon. We can’t thank you enough for making your voice heard and for moving this Bill across the finish line.

It will take a collaborative effort from all of us to ensure Wyoming provides the recreational amenities that we want to see. This is just the beginning of what we can achieve when we work together towards a shared vision!

BREAKING NEWS: The Senate Appropriations Committee passed HB0074 in record time! Now it's on to the full Senate where it will likely be voted on tomorrow, so we need all hands on deck to keep this bill moving.

Platte River Trails director, Angela Emery is retiring after 24 years of working hard to grow the pedestrian trail system in Casper, Wyoming.

We will miss working with Angela but we are thrilled to partner with the new Platte River Trails director, Rachel Spear.

We have had the pleasure of partnering with Platte River Trails (PRT) and we can honestly say that they are one of the best groups in the state, largely due to Angela’s efforts.

We have seen firsthand what an amazing job Angela has done during her time as director, and how her work has made a long lasting impact on our state.

Thank you to everyone who attended and gave feedback so Fremont County and City of Lander can find the most viable solution for everyone!

This meeting was one of the first stages in pinpointing the best option for residents who live along Hillcrest Drive, and for the safety of everyone who walks and bikes on Hillcrest Drive from Bridger Street to Mortimore Lane.

HDR Engineering started the meeting with a short presentation and then opened it up for questions, concerns, and ideas.

Citizens of Lander gathered this past Monday at the Public Meeting Open House for the Hillcrest Drive Strategic Plan. Various maps were available for viewing, depicting the possible options for making this road safer for pedestrians and bicyclists.
