@LawOfficeJasonO @Jamiewill1966 Can you ask Brad to give shareholders more information about current 3a10 process? Is there a plan to exit the 3a10? With the stock price is at the lowest level currently, it's hard to believe the 3a10 will end anytime soon.

Yes I'm still on SIRC v. Massey. We're waiting for the judge to rule on the other sides' motions to dismiss. As for the company's viability, I'm still trusting Brad to pull through. I can't comment on internal information. We're going to have to wait for a PR. I don't know when that will be. I do sincerely wish I could say more.

@LawOfficeJasonO $SIRC Jason, are you still hired for the SIRC vs Massey lawsuit? SIRC SP dropped -99% and is on the brink of bankruptcy! And also is there any value of suing Massey? Massey is opening a solar roofing business in San Diego! He is CEO again after he dumped SIRC!

@IlliniNationNet Honestly have no idea how he’s not in jail. He takes investors for millions, tries to get Brad to file bankruptcy to just sweep everything under the rug, then he starts up a new thing with the intent of doing it all over again.

$SIRC Massey lawsuit update. Nothing huge. After going into hiding and avoiding us (real class act), we finally got him served. Hope to have interesting updates in the coming months. It was at his new business, in CA, which competes with us… “Solar, Roofing and Storage (SRE)”
