The thing is, none of the haters can deny it they have no valid arguments. They can’t deny the positive reviews from both the press and actual players, because, surprise surprise, Marathon is a good game, and that’s the objective truth.

@giancar73012035 I only played 2 hours and got pissed off because all I ever saw was bloom, a big red crosshair and huge red sculls when I shoot anything, distracting visual vomit and 1st shoot wins mechanics, I refunded… Reading every positive review and honestly, it looks paid 🤷‍♂️

You can twist the facts any way you like and try to fool people, but the truth is that Marathon is a great game and deserves all the positive reviews it’s received, and the vast majority of the game’s player base agrees.

@DotoDoya It's a game you actively need to learn to fully grasp, and in an industry that likes to hold your hand all the time, it's appreciated. It's a much more approachable Tarkov.

Sabaody Archipelago: Arc Review 🫧 Score: 9.5/10 To be honest, I have pretty much nothing negative to say about this arc lol, it was so good!! Short, to the point and had lots of good & emotional moments. My favorite moments were by far the Duval/Sanji face reveal (Brook's laugh 😭), Luffy socking the Celestial Dragon in the FACE (holy peak) and the scene in the bar with Rayleigh telling them everything about Roger. So many awesome moments this arc Luffy smacking the Celestial Dragon was by far one of the best moments in this whole show, it was the same satisfaction as what he did to Bellamy but the animation upgrade was sooooo sick. How untouchable these Dragons were made out to be and seeing Luffy just ignore any of that and rock his shit in front of a room of people... he's the goat man Meeting Rayleigh was a crazy twist and he has insane Haki(?) powers! Bro knocked out an entire room of specifically just the people he wanted to and he can fly?? He's him! Ep 400 of him telling all the adventures he was on with Roger and teasing us with so much lore was awesome, one of my fav episodes so far 😌 Also why did his wife remind me so much of Robin, felt like that was her secret sister or something lol I thought the concept of meeting the rookie pirates all entering the New World at the same time was cool! Was like introducing the new era all at once. They had a good mix of cool and alright characters. My favorites were Captain Kid, KILLER, Law, and Bonney; which Law/Kid team up with Luffy so seems like they might be the main 2 going forward? Some got owned already RIP Apoo, Drake 🦖, and Hawkins. Also im not gonna lie I am so confused on what Law's ability is currently LMAO ACE IS GONNA BE EXECUTED?? Bro!!! They are teasing a war between Whitebeard and the Warlords / Government, which I called in my theory video along with Blackbeard joining as a warlord! How that's going to unfold though... lord only knows. If we get to see an all out war of all these warlords, emperors, new gen pirates, etc... holy cinema. Other last bits I remember being interesting: Luffy AND Zoro used that haki ability this arc!, seeing Hatchan come around to be a good guy was kinda wholesome, Rayleigh could have told Robin ALL of the void century information which is insane, andddd I liked seeing Chopper in all the funny scenes at the amusement park 😊 Hopefully I'm not forgetting anything important --------- The ending with Kuma was insane, I'm not even kidding I felt almost sick to my stomach after watching that... Seeing them all fight to their last breath, Chopper sacrificing himself by going big again, and Nami/Robin yelling for Luffy before being taken... wtf. And Luffy having a breakdown and squirming, not being able to control his body because he just felt so hopeless in the moment was heartbreaking. The fact they played Bink's Sake while showing flashbacks of everyone joining the crew after this was EVIL asf 😭 u are evil Oda or Toei whoever made that decision lol Admiral Kizaru way too powerful bro. We need someone with a mirror-mirror fruit to come fuck him up lowkey WHERE DID THEY GO?? He always says like "If you could go on vacation, where would you want to go?"... is he sending them to Vacation Island lol? that one place we met Mr 3 and Mrs Goldenweek on briefly? idk that's all I could think of, unless its like a simulated fake world he puts them in or something 🤔 Or he just teleports them to some random place on earth somehow The writing of the Sabaody bubbles symbolically popping as the crew disappears one-by-one was really well done. It's one of those things that I feel like I should have expected a correlation would occur knowing Oda's writing style by now lol. Really creative! 🫧 --------- Like I said, nothing negative to say about this arc really I loved it! I don't think it's my FAVORITE, I think Enies Lobby still holds that title, but it's up there! The only thing I could think of/question when looking back now is kinda how Luffy handled his crew all being taken? I feel like in any other scenario if ANY of the members are potentially gone forever he would go absolutely beserk and take the whole island down before more are taken, but I do get this was coming off the heels of fighting in the auction house, fighting the navy, fighting fake Kuma, and running so their exhaustion was at an all time high. Idk that was like the only thing that I questioned when thinking back. Doesn't take away anything really just an observation I had, curious if yall felt the same at all :>) OVERALL -- Incredible arc, set up so much going forward and was jam packed with great moments in just 20 episodes. Time to find out what happened to everyone in Amazon Lily 😳
