@ScottishConrad2@AyrunTV@the_jrm@YungSkermz I both felt bad and loved how she was giving help to her teammates I'm a sandbag tourney. She's so lovely, really chuffed to see her go so far, some of her chases were wild.
Thank you all so much for showing up today, the Sandbag World Cup was better than I could have ever imagined! Everyone played so well and I had so much fun hosting it, I can't wait to do more Events like this in the future!
🏆 @The_JRM & @YungSkermz 🏆
Jane Romero Mains before you tbag just to be toxic remember me because every time I see a Jane Romero shaking that fat ass, instead of getting mad I'm just going to get horny #dbd
@JaneRomero_@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Jane, in all honesty the misgendering sucked. But you can't demand an apology and then lower yourself to the standards you perceived as happening. It just makes you feel worse, and ultimately nothing has come from any of this except you feeling worse and looking worse to people
@xEverBelieve@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n I didn't say people here actually were: I'm saying an episode of misgendering happened, I wanted an apology/explanation for it because it was really hurtful and instead I got a "No, you don't deserve it".
That's the problematic point of this interaction.
The fact that @JaneRomero_ tried to expose me in 2 different posts and the fact these 2 posts were deleted after my teammate v1rtual reposted them exposing her bad behavior is insane to me. Putting all this story on the back of DBD comp is so disappointing from you.
@JaneRomero_@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Given the screenshots others have shown it doesn't show that. However either way, allowing this to affect yourself and your own space you've created for trans creators and players isn't helping you or them right now. I really do hold you find a way forward from this
@JaneRomero_@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Not one person in the last few hours has disrespected your identity, you've been the one multiple times being disrespectful to others and lashing out to them. We all think you're a woman. Doesn't make you any less vulnerable to criticism than any other person out there.
@xEverBelieve@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n You can't choose, but also you cannot know: I literally allowed transphobes in my community for weeks by believing they were just naive, before I've been informed with screenshots of people having fun at my back.
That's why if you make that kind of mistake just ask sorry.
@JaneRomero_@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n This answer here is kind of sad Jane, you don't have to look at them in a good way, but you aren't seeming to get that be lowering yourself to the standards you claim have been set by this person you think hurt you, in turn you're making your own accusation weaker
@xEverBelieve@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n But I'll not ask sorry to Doc till he asks sorry to me, in a genuine way. I'm the hurt person, he did the first mistake and I've any right to not look at them in a good way after such an episode. I don't have to be an investigator for every misgendering episode I deal with.
@JaneRomero_@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Unfortunately nobody has the right to an apology no matter how wronged they may feel or actually be in any situation. You can't force people to do something, and I think most people forget that If this person was truly malicious like you felt it was, then acting this way isn't it
@xEverBelieve@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n It depends: I don't want to back up on my request of respecting my gender, at the way I ask that if you misgender someone, nice or bad, you're wrong and ask sorry to them. I said some dumb shit and bringed extra-episodes, like the example: I ask sorry for that.
@xEverBelieve@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n The problem is when their intent is really hard to believe in the moment you think "I like you, I ask you sorry for misgendering, I don't like you I don't ask you sorry for it". I ask sorry to whoever, if I like them or not, whatever is my mistake. I take accountability.
@JaneRomero_@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n That's all fair, and if you'd decided then to block and move on, that's perfectly valid. But allowing this to escalate and react so heatedly has only painted yourself and what was clearly a thing or hurt for you, in a light that's made you look less than ideal to so many.
@JaneRomero_@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Misgendering is wrong. Comparing to a serial killer, making comments that your blood is on their hands, and so on, is also wrong. At this point itd be best to get a break from this whole thing and take some time to heal and move forward.
@JaneRomero_@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Incredibly wrong, that behaviour isn't healthy either. I'm not saying one is worse or better than the other, but feeling like the toxicity we put out is acceptable as a 'defence' of ourselves isn't okay. We all have to slug through our issues and attempt to do better
@xEverBelieve@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Ok, but I cannot always be the one sucking it up. Misgendering is really wrong, the context where it happened made it really hard to make it happen (also because my name is Jane, I've my pronouns everywhere with a trans flag in the name): It's normal I think they were malicious.
@JaneRomero_@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Also a part of this, looking at the screenshots shared, was from him stating it was from your past interactions with Laser. Like it or not that drama had a big impact on people and if Doc carried that over and didn't want to interact with you then thats something you can't change
@becciamytv@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n He never wanted, he never allowed it, he just said "No because I don't like you" in that endgame chat. I'm sorry if my identity not being respected and seeing them not facing consequences makes me feel so angry.
@JaneRomero_@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n What happens when you make others feel like a victim though? The cycle never ends and everyone ends up broken and hurting when there's clearly so many on here that want you to do well. However focusing on the toxicity you feel is there will never make you feel better.
@JaneRomero_@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Nobody has said you're not a woman? You could have easily had a healthy discourse or discussion around how better to ensure we hold safe places in the comp community and led the charge on how to create that based on your own experiences, but instead this has gotten out of control
@JessyWalkers@FateMYC@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n And what should I do, Jessy? Just accepting everytime episodes of misgendering, etc... because otherwise there's drama? Like I want to live and be respected, not being their joke. That they like me or not, I'm a woman and that's a fact.
@JaneRomero_@FateMYC@JessyWalkers@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n Nobody has said that, every single thing I've seen on here has been prefaced with people saying that misgendering is wrong, however outright blowing such a situation up and acting to the level of hostile you have is wrong.
@FateMYC@JessyWalkers@DocDBD@becciamytv@Dir3WolfDBD@666s1n So I just have to always accept everything with a smile? Why is it always me, the trans person who gets invalidated for her identity, being the one who has to listen? Now I even have to accept misgendering without saying anything because the person is liked by the comp community.
