@xGeekoo Nope. You have to wait for the week after. Everything from the primary target to secondary loot, their values and locations, is decided at the time you pay the setup fee. You don't get better loot by delaying the scope mission. You'd have to start a new playthrough.

@TexFunz2 Do we still have the secondary loot buff when playing in the same week ? Also does the chance rate and secondary buff depend on when the heist is bought or when it's completed ?

I really don’t know why people are doubting us for the official Rockstar Discord server. You can ask @GTASeries or @CGHchannel, it’s legit comms. They sometimes provide us with early news to share on our pages. This was one of them to share today. It should be up tomorrow on their Twitter as usual
