Been goin back and forth ALL DAY if I should get a PS5 Pro. The only reason I’m considering buying it is because idk if I want to spend $1000+ on the PS6 in a year or two when I’m sure they’ll still be making games for the PS5 Pro that will preform well. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

What I find comical about the PS5 price hike is - if Sony is stopping their PC ports and only releasing their single player games on the console, wouldn't you want to make said console affordable for people to play? I'm not expecting it to ever get below $500 again, but $900 (for the best one)? Come on. My mindset (and i'm not an expert): PS5 sales down due to price -> Exclusive Games underperform because people can't buy consoles -> layoffs, studio closings, etc. Just seems SO backwards.

@xJamesDC Plus side, the ~10-20% performance boost of the Pro won't be worth it for about 90% of people. People can grab the base PS5 and be fine.

$900 for a console is absolutely diabolical. 💀

@xJamesDC I’ve only played for a couple hours. I’m really enjoying it. I still have to get use to the controls and the combos but it’s been really fun.

Finished Resident Evil Requiem. What an incredible experience. Capcom cooked once again 10/10 no notes. 🤯🤯🤯

Ball x Pit 🏆 This was a fun twist on the genre. The gameplay loop is really solid and kept me engaged. It is basically Vampire Survivors but with brick-breaking physics. The ball fusion and evolution system is a really cool mechanic that lets you get some crazy combos. Different characters actually change how you play quite a bit too. The city-building part between runs is a nice touch even if moving the buildings around to harvest resources can feel a little tedious after a while. It gets pretty grindy once you hit the later stages, but the runs are short so it is easy to jump back in. If you like roguelites and want a fresh take on the arcade style, this is worth picking up.

I finally got around to watching the 2015 Fantastic Four after I watched the most recent one…. Oh my god it was SO bad. 😂💀
