I’m 2 months doomscrolling-free today 💆🏽‍♀️ my mind is clearer, I can focus on things for so much longer, sleep comes easily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

@ihyhero I just decided to stop scrolling and it worked 😭 but if I was struggling, I would delete the apps. Also I found other hobbies to fill the time (mostly reading books)

@xKitanas Was very confused with the game at first and looting is insanely boring early on but once you get a bunch of the good gear and blueprints and you can go in with a full kit consistently it becomes fun when you get into fights imo
