My 2025 New Year's resolutions: - Improve my diet, reduce alcohol, reduce snacking. 🥗 - Increase the amount of exercise. 💪 - Focus on medschool and mental health. Work less, study more. 📚 - Be more dog, enjoy life, spend time with friends, worry less about irrelevant stuff. ♥️

I don't speak to it much, but 2024 was incredibly rough, filled with loss, mental health challenges, lost friendships, burn out, and much more. Looking ahead to 2025, I'm going to focus on spending time with friends, health, enjoyment, and the exciting times ahead. ♥️

Been a while since we've spent Christmas with family - this year I'll be spending it with @MadAxelShep's family while he's on shift (though he'll be joining later during the eve for a cup of tea and to collect this dog♥️).

Sometimes I say some really dumb shit - if you've ever had to endure my rambling while socialising, apologies, dog brain over here😅

Survived exam season ✨ I won't get the results until January 30th so until then time to focus on unwinding for the next few weeks ♥️

Exams have kicked off for the next two weeks while work has also majorly caught on fire. Lots going on, can't wait for the holidays 🎄❄️🙏.

Uncle went through bypass surgery, now all men on my mum's side have had stents, bypass surgeries, MIs or other CVD. I've been monitoring my cardiac health since a scare in 2017 - saw my GP today for in-depth regular screening. Going to stay ahead of this and stay healthy ♥️💪.
