@dmuthuk There is one more reason for high prices for homes in india because a premium builder provides what is actually a basic im western countries but premium in india. E.g A walkable pathway, drainage system, clean roads, some playing area for your kids, recreational activities area.

Certain things don't make any sense. Difficult to explain with any meaningful rationale or logic. Saw how cheap a decent home near London trending on Twitter. This is not the first time we are seeing a such things. Forget about America or other parts of Europe, I've seen posts where Alps facing houses in Switzerland available for few crores. Don't know why housing is so expensive in India. What is there to pay say a million dollars for a flat given our pathetic roads, drainage, water connection and so on. I used to think these things would change. Now I've completely given up. There is absolutely no logic in pricing of real estate in India. Either you pay what is asked or be left out. I don't think our real estate prices would reflect reality ever.

Tell me one single thing he has done for honest middle class tax payers. 1. We are paying almost 25-30% tax without getting anything in return. 2. We are not getting 5kg free grain. 3. We are paying exorbantly for driving highway that too when we have already paid Road tax in lakhs. 4. We don't have any hope that we can get ourselves treates at govt hospital. 5. Ours kids won't be going to govt school bcoz everyone know the condition of govt school. 6. If we plan to buy even smalled apartment then we have to pay 8-10% tax on already taxed income. 7. First govt kind of looted with higher GST rates and even after reducing gst rates there is not change in goods prices. 8. Corruption and black money was his top priority to curb it, but the situation is the moment you steps in any govt org for any services you have to bribe even to get death certificate. In any developing country the basic we expect is roti, kapda, makan, shiksha and chikitsha. Tell me he made even one service very easily accessible to lower/middle class?
