A Jon Snow sequel is a horrid idea and only reaffirms the heinous S8 finale. Emilia Clarke has said only recently several times that she will not return as Daenerys nor ride a dragon ever again. Without justice done to her character, any other story is tainted. Nobody wants this.

Some things from this interview: •Deadline states that HBO is developing four spin-offs: a sequel starring Jon Snow and Arya Stark; an animated series about the Sea Snake; a series about Nymeria and the 10,000 ships; and a series about Aegon's Conquest. •A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms will be released annually. •The priority at the moment is adapting the three novellas. After that, HBO will talk to Ira Parker and George R.R. Martin and they will decide if the TV series will continue, creating new seasons based on Martin's ideas. •Bloys admits that "like any good American family," he wishes the feud between Condal and Martin hadn't been made public. •He admits that Martin wasn't involved with the third season of House of the Dragon, but immediately tries to counter this by saying that Martin is focused on A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms and will be involved with all the other spin-offs. •He said that the third season of House of the Dragon will be great and pointed out that the first two seasons had good ratings on Rotten Tomatoes.
