I’m being scammed by @ZEE5India . I already paid 799 rs for the World Cup pack. But now when I check it says I have no active subscription plans. I even have payment proof showing the payment was made in June 11th. If anyone else is saving the same issue contact me.

Not even mentioning the deceptive & misleading marketing done by their incompetent team. The broadcast quality looks like that of 1986 rather than 2026. Their platforms are full of bugs and can't even handle basic things like login. They have really managed to scam entire India.

@zee5 has managed to ruin the FIFA World Cup experience of the majority of football fans. Even after purchasing the subscription, their platforms display that there is no active subscription and insist on making another purchase. (1/3)

@therahulmurmu @ZEE5India Someone mentioned it didn't get resolved for them even after 4 days of emails. This is totally unacceptable. The live chat bot ends chat without any solution. Neither the support team is responding.

Hi @ZEE5India , I subscribed for FIFA World Cup pack of 799 Rs for 3 months for 3 devices. Amount got debited and subscription was activated. When I logged out and logged back in, account says there is no active subscription. Ticket number 6695131.
