can’t wait until I go home and don’t look a mess .. being fat makes me look so young I look like I’m 7 years old

rapid weight gain makes me feel like my whole body is bloated like it’s not real but it’s fat

@tarablogging that happened to me too ! sadly it didn’t go away until I went to the hospital

@star_rexia13 I also threw away some food or fed it to my dog so ate less that way

@star_rexia13 I was lucky because my mom doesn’t “believe in counting cals” but for the most part I was eating what looked like enough to her but really I was eating a lot of low cal fruit, lean protein, portion control and I ate around 500 cals for the first few months +

To anymore who’s previously weight restored and relapsed, how did you lose the weight again? I’m still gaining weight even tho I’m restricting again. Pls help!
