After 4 quiet years of development, we finally stepped into the light. What started with the Early Access launch, then continued through pre-demand and the Community Phase, has turned into a process that lasted over two months. And we stayed true to the timeline. The market wasn’t friendly. Gaming sentiment was negative. If we’re being honest, we could’ve picked an easier moment. On top of that, we delayed bringing the game to you more than once, taking people’s advice along the way. But this time, we didn’t want to push it again. January 2026 is the line we’re holding. Even in the worst conditions, we trusted you. And you proved that trust was worth it. Now the entire Providence and Dynasty family is genuinely excited to build Early Access with you. We can’t wait to keep improving the game side by side with the people who believed first. Out of 7,000+ pre-demand applications, we selected 2,000+ people and distributed Mark SBTs. Each participant received 3 invites to build their own squad. Seeing nearly half of the Community Phase come through invitations made us especially happy — it wasn’t just “more people,” it was the right people finding their way in. One of the biggest pieces of feedback we got was that the $500 minimum ticket felt high. We hear you. That decision was made for healthier, long-term growth — choosing a stronger foundation over short-term numbers. We’re genuinely sorry we couldn’t lower it at this stage. But please don’t forget: this is just the beginning. You haven’t missed anything. 2026 will be the year Providence proves what the Gaming + Web3 + AI intersection can really become — and we’ll do it together, as a big family we’re building and growing with you. We stayed quiet for four years because we wanted the product to speak first. From here on out, you’re going to hear a lot more from us. Previously, the chart only showed the maximum price if the full 20M cap was reached.
Now you can see the current ceiling price and your current estimated price, all driven by fair price discovery to protect participants.
You can also see where you stand among the bids.
Nothing about the rules changed:
Score = Bid amount × Lockup × NFT multiplier
A higher score gets a lower price
Community Phase is capped at 20M tokens.
Quick reminder:
Your estimated price isn’t final. It locks in at the end of the phase based on all bids and scores. Until then, you can increase your bid, increase your lockup, or stake NFTs to boost your multiplier.

🚨 Update: Lockup Issues Resolved 🚨
We’ve fixed the reported issues.
When selecting the 0 option in lockup, an unexpected bug occurred.
We just deployed the fix and everything is working perfectly now.
We’re now able to accept the bids that we couldn’t process for a short time.
After several hours of work, we’ve implemented the fix by completely removing the 1-month lockup period from the system.
All systems are open and running smoothly.

Why start at $1M FDV? Because we want organic price discovery, not a pumped launch.
With a progressive logarithmic curve, price forms through participation, not by the team or investors.
By design, the community stays below the investors’ $75–150M FDV range.
Community comes first, and we can do it thanks to our sharp, level-headed investors who backed that principle from day one.

If the sale is oversubscribed, Providence doesn’t reward speed or size. Instead, it uses a Tiered Egalitarian Fill-Up model. Everyone starts with the same base allocation (for example, the first $500 per accepted participant is filled equally).
If there is remaining capacity in the pool, the system then lifts everyone together to the next tier (e.g. $1,000), then the next, and so on.
In an oversubscribed sale this means:
✅ Smaller tickets are filled 100% up to their requested amount
⚠️ Larger bids only receive additional allocation if there is still room after each common tier is filled
No one can dominate the sale just by being faster or writing a bigger check; fairness is built into the mechanism itself.
