Today I completed my first 10K, it might seem like some erroneous fitness goal but this is something I’ve wanted to do for almost a decade now. Unfortunately in 2021, I became severely ill, I was shedding weight with no signs of stopping and was unable to properly eat for weeks at a time. After 6 different doctors and 4 years of fighting for my health, I’ve recovered to the point where I can mostly eat normally and accomplish a goal I set for myself years ago. Remember to never stop advocating for yourself, take care of yourself, and never lose hope ❤️
