🚨[BRAND OWNERS]
This past week I’ve seen the most creative strategist hiring posts I’ve ever seen on here
Which is why, through my bootcamp I will be placing strategists into brands
ONLY after personally training them, qualifying them, and vetting them
Making sure that when they join your team they are ready to hit the ground running and start producing winning ads
If you’d like to hire from our cohort of Bootcamp Strategists trained by me just comment the word ‘HIRING’ on this post and I’ll send you the link to the hiring form to fill out

Open for creative strategy / ad editing work with ecom brands.
What I bring:
→ Ran my own brands ($450K/mo FBA, $100K/mo TikTok→Meta)
→ AI-native workflow (ElevenLabs, CapCut, HeyGen)
→ Bilingual EN/中文 — heading to Yiwu next week for direct sourcing
→ I think like a brand owner, not just an editor
Base + performance bonus model preferred.
DM me or reply here.

you’d convert much better if you got hyper specific with your messaging.
let's say you have a product that helps with anxiety. you could use messaging like:
“feel calmer throughout your day"
“reduce stress naturally"
“find your inner peace"
but that's surface level shit. go deeper. be ultra specific:
“overwhelmed 10 minutes before your team presentation?"
“can’t sleep the night before a flight?"
“heart racing before you hit send on that message?"
people don't buy solutions to broad pain points. they buy solutions to the exact circumstance they're experiencing.

You need to create ads that don’t look like ads.
That’s why scriptwriting is more important than ever
So I’ve collected all key points you need to create ad scripts that spend for months:
- The proven selling block structures that work
- Real script examples from ads we create for our clients
- Our format-specific structures for podcast ads, skits, and more
If you’re a DTC or SaaS brand producing ads that fatigue fast...
Say goodbye to UGC and try this.

$301k/month didn’t come from louder or more aggressive advertising
It came from designing ads that feel like regular content people already watch
Organic looking creatives don’t explain ingredients or list benefits
They trigger a realization that quietly changes how someone sees the problem
A simple ranking
A subtle warning
A moment that makes them pause and think
That tension ends up doing the selling
Most ads try to convince people with claims
These let the viewer convince themselves naturally
I broke down how these organic style ads are structured and scaled

$80k–$160k/month ai doctor pages scale without cameras, creators, or personal brands
no ad accounts to manage
no filming days
no authority figure needed on screen
just consistent medical-style avatars
simple explanations people already worry about
and questions that trigger quiet curiosity
the tone stays calm and clinical
the pacing feels educational, not salesy
so trust builds before anything is offered
that’s why monetization feels invisible
affiliate links convert after credibility is already earned
these pages start slow
then compound hard
rt + comment “system” and i’ll send the breakdown

$250k+ brands don’t guess how to design static ads
They follow a repeatable layout system
clear hierarchy
strong contrast
one message per frame
So the ad explains itself in under a second
Most static ads fail because they look generic
This guide breaks down how top brands structure visuals
to feel premium modern and trustworthy
No design theory
Just frameworks you can reuse for every creative
I turned the full system into a short guide

Forget UGC to scale.
You need visual variety to scale.
Andromeda + GEM reward format diversity, authenticity, and ads that feel like content for the first few seconds.
So I broke down the 5 formats that are scaling our clients past $300k/mo:
- Podcast clips
- Debate ads
- Skit conversations
- Expert VSLs
- Street interviews
These formats create different behavioral reactions which means the algorithm finds buyers faster than with any UGC testimonial.

I'm going to delete this post in 48 hrs...
Because I just dropped the full MASTERCLASS guide on how to cook UNLIMITED winning ads on Facebook.
This is the exact TOP-TIER system we use to consistently find winners in accounts spending $500K+/month (even after months of testing duds).
We charge $10,000/mo to do this for clients…
But today, I'm giving it away 100% FREE.
Like + Comment "WIN" and I'll send it to you.

when testing a new avatar pls write ads to each awareness lvl
Early on in my work I fell into the problematic style where I was trying to address multiple awareness levels in one ad creative.
took a lot of time & money to figure out to NOT do that (lol)
you'd be better off having shorter ads that talk to each bucket of awareness level individually. zoning in fully.
here's 2 examples.
problem aware vs solution aware
