Ce n'est pas l'immigration qui pose problème en soi, mais son mode de gestion. Il ne s'agit pas d'être contre untel ou untel, il s'agit d'avoir le Droit de l'accepter ou non. L'immigration est, comme toute question sociale, une question de souveraineté et donc de droits de propriété (c'est-à-dire d'attribution des ressources pour en déterminer le contrôle exclusif). Au plus cette souveraineté sera reliée à l'individu, au plus l'immigration s'adaptera aux besoins individuels. Ni la gauche ni la droite politique n'ont de conception propriétaire des flux humains, uniquement des conceptions collectivistes qui bien qu'opposées en apparence, ont toutes deux pour caractéristique commune de nier le choix individuel.

Vi skal være klar til at træde ud af statsborgerretskonventionen. Tiden er inde til, at vi gør mere for at fastholde vores stramme udlændingepolitik i Danmark. Det går ikke med eksempler på, at vi ikke kan udvise kriminelle udlændinge, selvom de begår grov vold, voldtægter eller indgår i organiseret bandekriminalitet. De udlændinge, der dyrker det liv, skal ikke være i Danmark. De skal udvises og sendes hjem, hvor de kommer fra. Selv hvis hårdkogte bandekriminelle har dobbelt statsborgerskab, har vi set eksempler på, at statsborgerretskonventionen har forhindret os i at fratage dem deres danske pas. I 2022 så vi, hvordan en stor gruppe fra en indvandrerbande forfulgte to mænd, som de overfaldt med knive. Det ene offer fik livstruende skader, da både lunger og milt blev ramt af knivstik. Anklagemyndigheden mente, at seks af mændene skulle frakendes deres danske statsborgerskab og udvises, men Østre Landsret konkluderede, at statsborgerretskonventionen stod i vejen for udvisning. I disse tilfælde beskytter konventionen altså de forkerte. For den beskytter de kriminelle. Det skal vi ikke acceptere, for det underminerer tilliden til vores retssamfund. I regeringsgrundlaget har vi aftalt en række ting om at udfordre konventionerne. Det arbejde fortsætter naturligvis. Men formår vi i denne regeringsperiode ikke at ændre konventionerne, så mener jeg, at Danmark må opsige statsborgerretskonventionen i løbet af 2026.
