this is why you should take web3 seriously even if there’s little to no opportunity left. unless you’re a successful businessman or work in a high corporate industry. a 9-5 worker might not & will never be able to buy/afford a house in a decent environment. think about about it, according to the statistics, only about 2.4% of the total Nigerian population earn about N500k monthly. - - if your salary is N500k monthly and you decide to allocate/save N200k each month towards a building project you would only be able to save up to N2.4M annually. an average conventional house in a decent environment in Kaduna (a state in Nigeria) costs roughly N25M-N40M to build/buy. that equates to 10-16 years trying to own/afford a house. it might even take more than that considering factors like: - health - family - unforeseen circumstances might affect the building project progress. - - the beauty about web3 is that, it opens doors to opportunities to make life changing money. so if you’re still here, PRAY & KEEP PUSHING <3

be careful with the information you digest & receive from people people give advice based on their life experiences. no one will give you an advice about something unless they have experienced it or they know someone who has - - if someone had a -ve experience with web3, that person will likely discourage you if you’re starting new likewise, if someone had a +ve experience with web3, they are more likely to encourage you to start it - - this also applies to different life endeavors. don’t always take EVERY advice you receive from people because your experience will be different from theirs.
