@losingmymind888 same cause if my arms get tired i just switch to legs and vice versa

i don’t know which disorder this is but i mentally cannot break my workout routine into different days, push pull etc; i have to do full body everyday otherwise it makes me feel uneven and bad. i know you’re supposed to break it up but i just can’t and idk how to get around that
