In the end a lot of muslim children in general are forced to hide their struggles bcs of this. They turn to be rebellious, full of mental health problems, and have questionable personalities. My sister's muslim classmates of young ages also experience this

Yufka's family situation is making me think about a close friend i had who is Muslim. She's had problems with her muslim family to the point of slashing her arms to cope. She's been telling me stories and informing of how a lot of muslim struggle with their own family -

Some muslim families believe having mental health problems is also wrong. Some of them are forced to follow because fighting back is uncommon for them and is also believed to be defying their family and religion.

Please for anyone who is mourning #yufka I’m begging don’t spread any of their art anymore.. in islam we believe in ‘chain of sins’ so having anything that you drew or did that is considered ‘immoral’ in our religion (which is 18+ stuff) is a sin.. please let her rest and pray for her

It doesn't hurt to be respectful to other's preferences. If you have something you don't like, it doesn't take 1 click to block/mute what you're against. Hate/dislike can't rlly be avoided but ignoring is an option you should very much opt for. #dontlikedontmind
