Pamiętam jak mi Klient pokazał zdjęcie - w swojej S400d 4M L przewoził w bagażniku „trochę” kostki brukowej, bo mu brakło. Bagażnik pełny kostki, tak aby się klapa zamknęła. A środek kocem wyłożony… - Nie szkoda Panu Ski? - Szkoda? To tylko samochód, rzecz nabyta.

Why the role of IGL is so misunderstood? Quality In Game Leader as the name shows is someone that inspires.. Its a calm, strategic, and friendly communicator who puts the team first, manages morale, and makes quick, decisive adjustments when things go wrong.. still IN GAME..

@STYKOcs I also meant the tweet in regards to the questions IGLs are being asked.. in many cases they are asked not in line with the IGLs competencies.. what is making it so difficult to answer.. I udnerstand people wanna know all.. but ask the right questions to the right people..

@Xirreth @STYKOcs In game leader - lead team inside the game by decisions, building strats etc . Captain - guy responsible for morale and mood in the team. Not necessary same person, in a lot of teams it’s two different guys. And it’s completely normal.

@STYKOcs Vision of the IGL of the team should be aligined with the vision of the org.. there are cases where leaders put themselves first to promote themselves more for future careeer in game strat wise too..that is very destructive in terms of functioning of the org.. IGL is a player..

@Xirreth Kind of a leader of the group. A guy who takes responsibility for the vision of the team, or how the team operates. I know in pro teams coaching staff helps a lot, but I'm wondering how this dynamic should work in lower tiers.

@bazzatbh Agreed indeed! More, motivating the team, inspiring in between maps. Sure they can, but usually coaches and perf coaches do that. One cannot be an expert in everyting.. if s/he is than usually s/he does not master their own roles..

@Xirreth by outside of the game, i purely meant between players, what happens outside of the server etc. should be a responsibility of an IGL so that his influence won't be narrowed down to what happens in the server and outside of it there are multiple voices, it's not optimal imo

@bazzatbh Inspiring yes.. decision making.. roster moves etc. No that is not a role of IGL. One cant play freely next to someone that pulls strings and decide if you can be benched.. That is staff decision not a player. IGL is a player..

@Xirreth an IGL should always be the captain of the team in-game and outside of the game, he should be the only main voice of the team so his leadership will be 100% effective
