I once fired a customer worth $100,000. It was the best decision I ever made.

From the outside, it looked like everything was working. We had raised $700k in our first round. Signed some of the biggest clients in our industry. Won multiple pitch competitions. Spoken at conferences in front of hundreds. Did I still have doubts that it would all work out? Absolutely.

If it costs you your peace it is too expensive.

You don’t need to control the outcome. You just need to take the next step. When things feel uncertain: → Send the message → Launch the idea → Make the call → Hit publish You can’t control how it lands. But you can control that it’s real.
