@flairairlines I just booked a flight for the end of August, with @porterairlines because @flairairlines has shown no customer service to rectify the situation or even cancel the flight my uncle was supposed to return on, let alone do they show respect to people living with disabilities. #done

@flairairlines Because I’m really upset. I’m so disappointed that you don’t value customers who have disabilities. That you don’t respect that people have challenges, and despite adapting their lives around everyday, something could happen where they need a bit help sorting out. What’s empathy?

Since my mum moved my family has been flying a lot to the east coast. @flairairlines didn’t even get back to our emails after my uncle who has accessibility needs missed his flight at the airport due to not knowing the gate had changed.

@flairairlines Those 5 days went by with light response from @flairairlines, and now it’s been weeks. His trip was supposed to be from Aug 1-5. How do you feel about stealing a vacation away from a low-income, senior living with disability?

@flairairlines Since I was handling the family emergency, my mum took on trying to get through to @flairairlines, hoping to change the missed flight. She was on hold over the phone for over an hour then resorting to email as suggested.

@flairairlines My uncle who missed the flight, was looking so forward to getting away for those 5 days, he was also going time attending the New Glasgow jubilee to see @thetrews and @thebeaches while visiting with his sister (my mum.)

@flairairlines My other uncle would have been travelling with him on that trip to visit my mum, but he was on life support due to being in a severe motorcycle accident. We had cancelled his flights and got a voucher for future use.
