Absolutely. No leader in history has sacrificed this much for event management, camera angles, and nonstop inaugurations. While ordinary countries focus on things like employment, healthcare, and education, our visionary leadership understands that the true measure of development is how many speeches and ribbon-cuttings can be done in a single week. His commitment to empowering underqualified politicians is also revolutionary because why should experience and competence stop anyone from governing millions of people? And the foreign policy masterclass of staying diplomatically confused between every global power deserves to be taught in universities. Most importantly, his unmatched dedication to celebrities, billionaires, and carefully curated photo-ops proves he is deeply connected to the struggles of the common man. Truly a once-in-a-century phenomenon.

Narendra Modi, in my opinion, is the best Prime Minister India has ever had and perhaps ever will have. He is a true saffron warrior who prioritizes Hindus and Hinduism, even over the basic development that citizens deserve. He also ensures that leaders who could not receive proper education earlier in life get the opportunity to govern states so they can learn many new things along the way. He has built a remarkable foreign policy by aligning closely with the USA and helping establish its superpower status again to counter China and other rising nations. He attends both big and small inauguration functions to ensure he is closely monitoring every development happening across the country. He also shows great respect and affection toward celebrities and businessmen, often attending their weddings and functions to express his admiration and support. He is truly a gem, and we should respect him even more than we already do.

Dostoevsky. Tolstoy. Woolf. Plath. We call them difficult. What we mean is they refused to make suffering tidy. What we really mean is they made us recognize ourselves. And we haven’t forgiven them for it. They handed us the wound and said: don’t you dare look away.

BJP has permanently disallowed transfer of TMC's Cadre Base into its own. All Karyakartas have ID attached against them for identification and review. You cannot claim to be an overnight BJP just like that.

Ultimately Mamata Banerjee lost her empire like most dictators do. The Queen of ordinary lost touch with ordinary. The messiah of working class turned deaf to working class and empress of bhadralok women lost them for lack of empathy. Her well nurtured Muslim vote bank splintered. Her nephew fixation turned her trusted lieutenants away. It is hard to ignore the fact that Mamata earned her way to the top office. It is equally hard to ignore she squandered all her good will. Swap few things here and there in the story and you will see it is the same story as India Gandhi, J Jayalalitha, Margaret Thatcher.

I’m not paid by Modi, nor am I part of any IT cell WhatsApp group. I support the BJP because I believe they’re better than the Congress and stand for Hindus. At the same time, I call them out when they’re wrong, like on the UGC bill. If you think I keep swinging sides, feel free to unfollow or block me

Election Freebies: Buffer and Burden 18 of 36 states and union territories in India now provide cash transfers. How life begins. At the Rushikulya river mouth in Ganjam, Olive Ridley sea turtle hatchlings have begun their remarkable journey to the sea. One of nature’s most heartwarming spectacles. After nearly 45 days of incubation, thousands of tiny hatchlings are now emerging from the sand and instinctively racing towards the Bay of Bengal. This season alone lakhs of eggs were laid along the coast, turning the beaches into a crucial nursery for the species. The phenomenon called Arribada; a rare mass nesting event where thousands of female Olive Ridleys come ashore simultaneously to lay eggs. The word “Arribada” comes from Spanish, meaning “arrival by sea.” L Female turtles often return to the same coastline where they were born, digging nests in the sand and laying around 80–120 eggs each. Despite overwhelming odds from predators, tides and human disturbances, these tiny hatchlings begin their perilous march to the ocean, a journey guided by natural light and instinct refined over millions of years of evolution. Scenes like these are a powerful reminder of how we share this planet with so many other species. (VC Odisha FD)

India should seriously consider a 2-term limit for PMs & CMs like the US. Strong democracies are built on institutions, not personalities. Fixed term limits reduce the risk of dictatorship and allow governments to focus more on long-term development rather than permanent election management. BJP is in the best position to implement this from 2029. Modi ji can remain PM till 2039 if elected, but after that, no one should be allowed more than 2 terms as PM or CM.

I'm seeing news in Twitter that Tamil Nadu governor has said that he would swear in Vijay as Chief Minister only if he provides proof of majority. I'm not a legal expert. But based on tracking Indian politics, aware that head of single largest party can be sworn as Chief Minister and given time to prove majority on the floor of the assembly. I think BJP can avoid this bitterness. It would do no good to them.

BREAKING: The US and Iran are nearing a 14-point "memorandum of understanding" to end the Iran War and set a framework for more detailed nuclear deal. The deal would include: 1. Iran committing to a moratorium on uranium enrichment 2. The US lifting its sanctions and releasing billions in frozen Iranian funds 3. Both sides lifting restrictions around transit through the Strait of Hormuz. 4. A 12-15 year duration on Iran's moratorium on uranium enrichment 5. An end to the war and the beginning of a 30-day negotiation period We expect more details on the deal shortly.

“Assuming Iran agrees to give what has been agreed to, which is, perhaps, a big assumption, the already legendary Epic Fury will be at an end... If they don’t agree, the bombing starts, and it will be, sadly, at a much higher level and intensity than it was before.” - President Donald J. Trump 🇺🇸

India accords a warm welcome to General Secretary, President Mr. To Lam of Vietnam. The fact that he has visited India within a month of becoming President and that he has come along with a high-level delegation clearly reflects the priority he attaches to India-Vietnam relations. Making it even more special is the fact that he began his India visit from Bodh Gaya, reflecting the shared civilisational and spiritual traditions of our two countries. @VNGovtPortal

The New York Times framing is always instructive. The comedy is that the party branded ‘Hindu nationalist’ comes from a civilisation that does not require theological certificates. Hindu society has no compulsory ‘one God’ pledge, no clerical checklist, no political oath of doctrinal purity. Now contrast that with the American right, where public faith is often a performance of Abrahamic rigidity, one God, one book, two genders, and anyone outside the template is treated as heresy. Yet Western media will casually exoticise BJP as ‘Hindu nationalist’ while tiptoeing around the far more literal reality of Christian nationalism in the GOP. Honest naming matters because it forces societies to see themselves truly rather than through the comforting myths they prefer.
