@xploderuk That is because it is a negative thing, you see, it's called racism. That is certainly what would be called if the public were told to prioritise spending money, at businesses owned by white people, for a day.
How about better advertising instead of trying to guilt trip people.

Oh so the positive initiative of #BlackPoundDay for everyone and anyone to spend with black owned businesses can be spun into a negative way shows that perception is one hell of a drug. Just do your due diligence and open your mind.
