@perrygarg @Lenskart_com Even if you receive cashback you will not be able to use it because they will fool you by adding cashback to LK CASH+ while policy says to add cashback to LK CASH. Using LK CASH+ will remove all your discounts.

@Lenskart_com My order is marked as delivered but still actually not delivered to me at my doorstep. Logging fake delivery status to avoid giving cashback under your 3 or free policy? Why keep such a policy in the first place if you can't make upto it?

Akash acted oversmart but cannot be one.

I would suggest you to stop misleading your customers with 3 or free policy. My product stands ineligible even after it was ordered on 18th July and the prescription was also submitted the same day but on your end it was updated on 20th July.
