@Socdem_Michael People thought Biden was too old but so far he's the only person to defeat Trump. Ergo, my 2028 pick is Jimmy Carter

LABYRINTH was released 38 years ago today. An 80s fantasy classic and childhood favourite of millions, the behind the scenes story is as outrageous as the Goblin King... 1/35

Came across Dr. Refaat Alareer's poem "If I must die" just a few days ago, I cried and couldn't help but translated it to Chinese without his permission. Now that he's gone.

The one problem-solving secret everyone should know I felt frustrated this morning. So I started to draw rectangular boxes on a blank sheet of paper. I used a blue mechanical pencil with soft lead. It had a small white eraser on top. I wrote words underneath the boxes And I added arrows. I drew cautiously, at first. When the words didn't look right, I erased them. Little white eraser bits blanketed the paper. I brushed them off. It felt good to do something with my hands. I stood in the kitchen for two hours. I started to connect one idea to another and then another. My husband came into the kitchen. "Look, I said excitedly. "See what I made." "What is it?" he asked. "It's a story for how the company I'm working with can be different, given the product that they have, and the market they're in. It's a way to stand out and not be like everyone else." "That's interesting," he said. Excitement replaced frustration. "I have to work on it some more. Connect more dots." Whenever I get stuck on something, I go old school. Sometimes I tape pieces of paper together and I make a pretend white board. I write on yellow stickies with a black marker. I organize them in rows and columns on the paper. I like moving the stickies around. It makes me feel like I'm doing something creative. Suddenly, ideas come where there weren't any before. Work that only comes from your head isn't any good Author and artist, Austin Kleon says, "Just watch someone at their computer. They're so still, so immobile. You don't need a scientific study (of which there are few) to tell you that sitting in front of a computer all day is killing you, and killing your work. We need to move, to feel like we're making something with our bodies, not just our heads." How about you? What's your problem-solving secret?

@jenniferlund Traditional remedy is a hunk of bread in the bag, but it goes moldy if left too long. YouTube recommended use a marshmallow in the bag instead. The mallow goes stale, but the sugar stays soft.

Does anyone know how do you keep brown sugar moist after opening the bag? I’ve tried taping the bag shut and then putting it in a ziplock bag, but it doesn’t seem to work.

Thanks to a complex mathematical algorithm, these plastic shapes follow a very specific route as they roll. In fact, researchers have shown that a shape can be designed to follow almost any path you can think of.
