This was my greatest physical, psychological and mental challenge yet. I made it to the top of the World's Highest Free Standing Mountain and the Highest Peak in Africa. I was part of the Climb Africa Team that seeks to create awareness of the impact of Cooperatives in Africa.

Day 1: May the mountains be kind to us.

Ukienda Naivasha, explore hizi places. Usually from 2-3k per person, you can get transport to and fro Nairobi and the hike and snacks by tour companies. 1. Crater Lake game sanctuary. You can go for a small hike and enjoy magical views of the crater lake.

Mt. Meru was kinder to me and my team. Gracious. Beautiful. Every part of my body worked hard to make it happen. This I recommend for all the people that love challenges. Nature is rewarding indeed. @Xtrymadventures

If you start in the morning mapema, chances are you will get to Marsabit in the evening. So you sleep in Marsabit town. If you want a camping option you can camp at Marsabit National Park. I recommend @Xtrymadventures 💯for the camping option.

Things to do when you visit TIGONI over the weekend. 1. Go to a tea farm hike & lunch at Kiambethu Tea Farm. 2. Horse riding at Kawamwaki Farm 3. Chase the waterfall 4. Cycling at Brackenhurst Conference Centre 5. Cheese Tasting at Brown’s Cheese farm.
