@Snubs This year alone I've removed several negative feebacks. I call up eBay and based on the fact of no sale has taken place I have had them removed.

I think it's weird that ebay allows buyers to leave you a negative review for a product they never received because you had to cancel a transaction. If you refund the buyer in full I don't think they should be permitted to leave a negative review.

I recently had a guy harass me on ebay of all places (I had to cancel his order), so I looked up his screen name and found his real world address and name because he didn't lock his shit down on Facebook. Google makes recon so easy.
