We released cordova-plugin-crosswalk-webview 2.4.0 to resolve issues with Cordova 7. Thanks @k4ynz for the fix!

@yoonssak none of them. Our old Tizen releases support Wayland on x86, you could try to build it for ARM yourself. CW 16 was the last one.
