@Jamessm54207746 I am feeling better and better all the time! I just can't wait to get back to work so I can see everyone. I got the official go ahead from the surgeon now so after I get my apartment back in order I can start hosting again!

Made some chicken pot pie without the crust today for dinner. Absolutely delicious 🤤 And I talk to my surgeon tomorrow which means I'll get the all clear to go back to all my regular activities once I am ready! Thank goodness!

@Sarcastic_Acid I'm doing really well. Still struggling to get in all my water, but I try hard everyday. I was able to enjoy a cup of tea last night for the first time, so that was nice. It's the little things in life right now lol.

Does anyone have a recommendations for at home workouts using dumbbells/bands/etc. that gives similar results to using weights at the gym? I like having a little muscle and not just lean. Thanks!💪🏻

@Jamessm54207746 Thanks ❤️ I'm doing really well this week. Went for a trip to Ikea yesterday and walked the entire store. And I get to talk to my surgeon next week so I can get cleared to get back to all my regular activities with no restrictions. Then it'll be getting used to my new life.
