【💫Announcement and Raffle💫】 A Complete Explanation of the Plagiarism Controversy Involving Vtuber Cerseasoulstorm: After the False Authorization and Refund Incident, Our Account Was Hacked. -Hello,I'm Mio, and this is my new account!(*@ChibaMio ←old account) -Because I'm not a native English speaker, I used a translator.） ①Cause: End of Last year, @MidoriYasando (*deleted already) contacted us to commission a Vtuber model and directly used the image of Vtuber cerseasoulstorm as a design reference. We communicated with her entirely on via X during the commission process. ②Initial Conflict: After submitting the design sketch, we received a plagiarism warning. We took the initiative to communicate and provided a new design plan, but @MidoriYasando insisted on using the old version and was rejected by us.​ ③False Authorization: @MidoriYasando claimed that she would obtain official authorization from Cerseasoulstorm and later informed us that she had received it. We continued the process. When the rig progress reached already completed with 1/3 workload, we received an official plagiarism warning from Cerseasoulstorm staff and then realized that her authorization was fake, given by a fake staff member in the community.​ ④Termination of the Commission: We proposed some solutions, but @MidoriYasando still insisted on terminating the commission. With only 50% of the deposit received and considering that 1/3 of the rig work was completed, we only charged a small fee to pay the rigger. Additionally, we did not charge any fees for the design and additional items, trying our best to handle the situation properly.​ ⑤Subsequent Turmoil: Half a year later, we displayed the work as a sample (since we had the right to do so and @MidoriYasando did not pay for confidentiality). After She discovered that we released the work of illustration , she filed for a refund on PayPal, claiming that she did not receive the goods, questioning our TOS, and demanding a full refund. She also said that we could resell the model with her approval. However, at this point, she had deleted her X account, and all communication records disappeared without a trace, leaving us unable to defend ourselves.​ ⑥Account Crisis: To avoid further disputes, we issued a refund while retaining the copyright and resold the model on Twitter, planning to remade it. Subsequently, our account was mysteriously hacked. At first, we thought it was a malicious report, but later confirmed it was a hack. ⑦Final Outcome: After handling the reselling matters, we refunded the full amount. After failing to retrieve our Twitter account, we reluctantly decided to abandon the original account and start anew.​ ⑧We have always adhered to transparent pricing and efficient delivery, striving to serve every customer wholeheartedly.
