@jainmayank_943 FNOL (First Notice of Loss) is a difficult usecase to do self-serve. Customer has just gone through a painful experience (accident/hospitalization) and would ideally want to talk to a considerate human instead of filling forms. Empathy trumps efficiency in the situation, IMHO.

Think Acko will find it hard to get the first notification of claim (as the industry calls it). More efficient to just drive to the nearby OEM garage and having the person do all the grunt work than doing it self (on the Acko app). Acko’s claim UX just doesn’t cut it.

It will be interesting to see how these co-branded RuPay credit cards differentiate from each other. Will it be the age-old rewards-based differentiator or something new?

Consumers would want to own RuPay at least as a secondary card because of its wider acceptability with mid-tier and low-margin business merchants.

PayTm + SBI + Rupay 🤯 This is possibly going to be the widest and deepest acquisition channel for Rupay. All merchants who accept credit cards would now want to accept them through UPI for the lower MDR.

Live activity tracking is just the kind of small but powerful consumer product innovations that Apple does time and again to push boundaries of boring and presumably solved problems like notifications. ❤️📱

Writing good product copy is one of the most underrated skills. Think of the language used on the app as the way a product talks to its users. Make sure it's personal and personable. Did you ever "Confirm and Continue" your friend asking if his photo looks good?
