The early design was a full spread reaching the back of the book cover. My editor suggested placing all the characters on the front instead. That change made the whole scene busier and more vibrant, capturing the everyday bustle of the story. Which one do you prefer?

When designing the book cover, I focused on the love between the little bear and mum, because it is what this book all about. The story ends the mum pick up the little bear from school and we can imagine from the inner story, it extends outer cover. @KidsCanPress @RLKurstedt

Work development for "And I Think About you", written by @rlkurstedt and published by @kidscanpress I tried all choices I have to make colour roughs before taking it on to the final. It took time but that way it helped to answer questions and build confidence to get it started.
