24 שעות. לקחים ומסקנות אחרי שיחה עם צה״ל : בצה"ל אומרים כי היתרון והחיסרון של ישראל זה מבצע עם כלביא (השוואה ביניהם). העורף במצב מיוחד עם מדיניות התגוננות מחמירה. המרחק מאיראן הוא 7–13 דקות. הישארות במרחב מוגן והישמעות להנחיות מצילות חיים!! ראשי קרב עם מאות ק״ג חומר נפץ מייצרים זירות הרס רחבות ולא רק אתר נקודתי בשל רדיוס הנזק. לפני המבצע בוצע כנס ראשי רשויות עם ארגוני החירום, תחקירים והכנה של מוסדות רפואיים ואסדות הגז תחת נוהל קרב עמוק וחשאי. ב"עם כלביא" המטח הראשון פגש אותנו 12 שעות אחרי התקיפות, אתמול זה קרה כבר אחרי שעתיים. איראן ירתה עד כה במצטבר מאות בודדות של פריטי טק"ק (טילי קרקע קרקע) לעבר ישראל עשרות שיגורים ופחות מעשרה נפלו בתוך שטח המדינה. בעם כלביא היה מטח מתוזמן של 30–60 שיגורים ב-10 דקות עם הפסקות ארוכות. כעת הפתיחה היא ״עם מה שיש" וביזור סמכויות למטה על רקע תקיפות צה״ל וארה״ב והמצב שלהם בשטח. המצב הנוכחי יצר יממה עצימה של טפטוף ירי מתמשך (2–3 טילים בכל כמה דקות), מה שחייב שהייה ממושכת במרחב המוגן. נוצר בלבול אצל חלק מהאזרחים אך האחריות הלאומית להצלת חיים עומדת מול ניהול המתח הזה. היום יתווספו פלטפורמות נוספות לעדכון הציבור ברשתות החברתיות. ישנו חלל אחד ועשרות פצועים כתוצאה מירי מצרר ושברי יירוט. פצצת מצרר פגעה בבניין ברמת גן; איש לא נפגע כי כולם היו במרחב מוגן. המצרר מסוכן למרות שראש הקרב קטן יותר (עשרות ק"ג). שברי יירוט הם ״כמו מיניבוס שנופל מהשמיים״. בטירת הכרמל נפל רש"ק ליד בית וחיי האדם ניצלו כי שהה במרחב מוגן. חל איסור מוחלט לגעת במצרר או בשברי יירוט. בתל אביב נהרגה נתינה זרה (סיעודית פיליפינית) בבניין ישן; המרחב המוגן היה מקלט ציבורי ומרבית הדיירים התפנו מראש. הסיעודית עצמה לא נפגעה. הפגיעה בתל אביב הייתה של טיל שלם עם מאות ק"ג חומר נפץ שיצר מכתש ברחוב ואפקט סביבתי קשה. שמי המדינה סגורים ב-24 השעות האחרונות; פתיחתם נבחנת בהערכות מצב לימים הקרובים. מערב איראן הוא מוקד השיגורים; פעילות משותפת של ארה"ב וצה"ל תגביר את הפגיעה בכלל המערכים מולנו. האמל"ח במערכה (כולל המצרר) דומה לזה של עם כלביא, אך נערכים לתרחישים חדשים וביניהם מטח של מאות טילים במקביל כ"אקורד סיום". המטח הגדול ביותר עד כה מנה 20–30 טילים. נרשמה פגיעה משמעותית אחת בתל אביב ועוד שתיים בשטחים פתוחים. צה"ל מודע לכך שהודעות השחרור מהמרחב המוגן לא הגיעו לכולם בשל ה"טפטוף", ולכן הן יופצו גם באתר פקע"ר, ביישומון ובסלולר.
