Here's a few examples of the CPU fouling me all in the same match. This is using V7 of my #FC26 realistic gameplay mod (plus one example of my own foul at the end). I'm not saying you're going to be having PES 5 levels of fouls, but you can see that there's a definite improvement here. The contact itself - and the reaction of the dribbler feels much more natural also, as opposed to the 'slipping' players often have when interacting in default FC26 gameplay. For reference, this is using the NATURAL X ELITE standalone and the MIDFIELD PLUS+ add on with my 'ATTACKING' CPU Set-Up Base. Manchester United, particularly Senne Lammens, received praised for how they defended their box in the win over Everton on Monday. It is the third time that Manchester United have gone behind in the seven matches since Michael Carrick took over.

What many feared is playing out. United can be outstanding against teams that press high and intensely, thriving in transition from a compact defensive shape. But against mid-block or low-block teams who remain patient and compact, Carrick’s current structure struggles to create consistent solutions. When opponents sit deeper and don’t overcommit, United’s progression tools especially through the midfield become blunt. That’s exactly why Fulham, Everton and now Palace, have posed more complicated challenges. They’re not overloading the press; they’re staying disciplined in shape, forcing United to carve openings without easy front-foot transitions.

Last week Everton and now 25 mins in vs Palace… the impact of Martinez both defensively and in the offensive contribution were indeed vital in Carrick setup
