I take pre-workout supplements. The Beta-alanine (often listed as β-alanine) makes me feel like my skin is crawling. The sensation is called paresthesia. It usually starts 10–20 minutes after I take it, and lasts 60+ minutes, really hitting my face and neck. My wife bounces after taking coffee.
