When it comes to after sales, we are still not perfect and there are still some escalations and negative experiences At our scale, even a 1 percent negative after sales experience results in lot of escalations online But for every bad experience, there are also 100s of positive after sales service experience which has made the brand what it is today P.S. I met @banglani recently and he mentioned that the first time he spoke to me was when he faced an issue with Atomberg fans way back in 2020. And because i have done 1000s of after sales service calls with so many people in the last decade, it was slightly embarrassing that i had no recollection of that
