i've been thinking about this for a while, but evan's debut promo rollout feels very intentional to me, rather than 'low budget' like i've seen others say. heeseung is deliberately making everything feel a lot more personal & immersive, whether it's about the way he's choosing to share his demos with us ahead of the official release, or involving us throughout the process of building his brand as evan. it feels very different from the conceptual releases we're used to in kpop & i find the way he's trying to deconstruct the typical image of an idol really refreshing. he's choosing to let us in on his creative process instead of showing us the polished, final cut. that's precisely why i enjoy the minimalist theme he's going for a lot, i think it suits him well & it's definitely a reflection of his own words: that he's sharing his stories with us, a deeper, more introspective version of himself :')

evanseung is bringing in the general public with his new and upcoming music already, meanwhile his ex fandom continue to trash and hate on his work/name yet they claim they’re “over him” and do not want to be associated with him anymore.

oh fvck you all, y’all aren’t real fans. you never knew and understood him in the first place, these people are probably just set ups, from other fandoms or just some sick otsicks (solos) leave him alone weirdos and go see all the years he stayed in the group, what he did and said and how much he loved the members. he always took care of every single one of them and we all saw that, he always put others before him and keep attention to everything.
