Today we commissioned a new fully equipped satellite laboratory at Fort Portal RRH to strengthen diagnostics. Accurate diagnosis is the basis for effective treatment. With improved infrastructure, we must now enhance clinical governance and ensure smart quantification of lab & medical supplies. Let’s reduce expiries and stock-outs by aligning orders with actual need and available budgets. We can do better. #MOHatWork
