@raysrugby Also how are they able to trade SD the 2025 signing rights to a player that is currently under contract with SD?? Can other teams do this too?

Adding to that, it 'artificially' boosts other teams who know that Anthem don't need/want international slots. What happens if Anthem only has one or two imports in 2025? Does that mean 8 other teams are getting a match day boost? This is a backwards step IMO.

Well this is unexpected. Anthem will have 'international slots' after all, and have traded one to San Diego. This, to me, is very problematic. Every time they deal one of those it means one less domestic player on another team. Isn't that defeating the whole purpose of Anthem?
