“No matter how ill that child might be, Michael would manage to remain cheerful and upbeat during his or her visit; he's strong that way. Sometimes, after the child had left, however, Michael would let the tears out that he had been holding in.”

𝓥𝓮𝓻𝓸𝓷𝓲𝓬𝓪💫 | MJ fan
In 1993, Michael Jackson wrote a heartfelt introduction to a family cookbook, ‘Pigtails and Frog Legs’ by Neiman Marcus. “Remember when you were little and your mother made a pie for you? When she cut a slice and put it on your plate, she was giving you a bit of herself, in the form of her love. She made you feel safe and wanted.” You don’t write words like these unless that compassion genuinely comes from within ❤️

Love him so much but I really wanna know why he didn’t pick up the social cues that Bashir didn’t like him, or maybe he had so much confidence in the fact that he his own camera crew. Michael never lacked street smarts to me, per say, but I wanna know the thought process
Sgt. Nemesis@NemesisSgt

Michael Jackson’s nanny Grace Rwaramba just posted this, Michael was wise to have another camera recording, but she gives an insight as to how sometimes his lack of “street smarts” and being an entertainer his whole life would bite him:

My story about why my friends and I were on the witness list for the defense during the 2005 trial. I’m so sick of the MJ slander year after year. 🤬 Please share. These videos, from people that were actually there, are the most impactful videos, but never get the traction they deserve.

ARVIZO‘S SERIAL SCAM & LAWSUITS HISTORY : against JC Penny, Chris Tucker, George Lopez, and Jay Leno, bus company and ex-husband (All proved in the court) AND MANAGER DIETER EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED IN HIS BOOK :I knew that this was going to be too much, even for Michael. She tried to make him the father of her children, to force him to become her life-partner, and that was a step too far for Michael. Michael called me in for a private conversation, which I already knew was coming because Michael avoided any conversation where there might be conflict. "You know what, Dieter, you have to do something..." Shortly after that, I spoke with Janet and reminded her that the stay at Neverland was a vacation. All vacations must eventually come to an end, and that time had now come. She should please take herself and her children home. Her face became red, fury raged in her eyes, which had narrowed to menacing slits, and notched wrinkles appeared on her temples. She freaked out completely, began screaming and crying, "You're putting a wedge between Michael and my family. I won't let that happen. You will regret it!" I tried to make it clear that I had already talked to lawyers, who advised that her children desperately needed a regular life. Apart from that, they had to go back to school. Otherwise, there was a danger that Michael could get into some serious problems. She said that Michael could buy her and the children an apartment nearby. I replied vaguely, "Maybe that could be discussed at a later time." After the family climbed into the car filled with shopping bags, Michael's staff took them back to LA, to Janet's fiancé, whose last name by pure chance was also Jackson. (Janet later married him and took his last name). I was relieved. Nevertheless, I had a strange feeling. Something told me that we would hear from Janet Ventura-Arvizo again. After the family climbed into the car filled with shopping bags, Michael's staff took them back to LA, to Janet's fiancé, whose last name by pure chance was also Jackson. (Janet later married him and took his last name). I was relieved. Nevertheless, I had a strange feeling. Something told me that we would hear from Janet Ventura-Arvizo again. In the next few weeks, there were rumors that Janet Ventura-Arvizo was arguing that the exculpatory, but accurate statements she and her children had made for our rebuttal video were false. At the same time, she had been talking to Larry Feldman, the lawyer who had gotten the family of Jordan Chandler the $22 million out-of-court settlement back in 1993. Feldman hired psychologist, Dr. Stan Katz, to examine the children of Janet Ventura-Arvizo. Katz was the same man who had examined Jordan Chandler in 1993. Janet Ventura-Arvizo claimed to be seeking legal advice for fear of being accused of leaving her children unattended with a 45-year-old man — Michael Jackson. After consulting with Feldman and Katz, Janet Ventura-Arvizo concluded that all her previous relief statements were false and that she had been compelled to make them. What was now true, according to her, was Michael's guilt. That she immediately consulted a lawyer and a psychologist who assisted in her statement was an indication to us that they were after an out-of-court settlement. She wanted to make money from her final trump card, her acquaintance with Michael Jackson, who had always behaved extraordinarily generous towards her. The new allegations from Feldman, Katz, and the Arvizos also landed on the desk of Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon.

This person @yea186714 locked the comments after posting this nonsense. So I’m replying him here: 1): You didn’t answer my questions directly. Of course I know that there’s a difference between civil and criminal courts. That doesn’t explain the contradiction: if Jordan had supposedly given a wrongful description of MJ’s genitalia, why did the Jackson camp agree to pay tens of millions to settle the case just weeks later? You failed to even address this. Your arguments lacks logic. According to fans like you Jordan had just ruined his case by giving a bogus body description of MJ. You don’t award a kid tens of millions after making such a big blunder! Here’s where your logic fails! Regardless of the burden of proof being generally lower in civil court than in criminal court. That would have been a gift for the defence. But no, the Jackson camp decides the best option is to settle anyway? Wtf! It makes no sense. In the civil case the Chandlers would have to prove that the abuse happened more likely than not: and with that big blunder the numbers would have greatly been in MJ’s favour. Especially when you add the alleged extortion claim on top of it, which fans like you love to rely on. 2): The "they settled because it was best for MJ’s career" argument doesn’t stick either. Also here your logic fails for many reasons. How can MJ settle the civil case to concentrate on his career when a criminal investigation is still ongoing at the time of the settlement? This proves my point. The settlement was meant as a conclusion, not to pave way for some imaginary criminal trial. Silence the boy = kill the case. It was never about the police not being able to find no evidence. All evidence was tied to the boy! This is most common in child-sexual abuse cases. The prosecutions problem was that IMMEDIATELY after the strip-search MJ`s lawyer slickly started the negotiations of the settlement. The police couldn't move forward without being sure they had a boy willing to testify. Jordan Chandler never gave such assurances during this time and didn’t even appear at the grand jury hearings. The description is tied to the accuser, so without his testimony it becomes very difficult to admit and use effectively in court due to hearsay and confrontation issues Furthermore MJ’s struggles both in his career and in his finances has been proven to have been tied to the 1994 settlement. If protecting his career was  the priority, going to court would have made more sense. The settlement cost him sponsors, severely harmed his finances for the rest of his life, and significantly damaged his public image. The HIStory tour struggled financially during its first leg. The tour failed to attract any sponsor! The list is long! The settlement was a catastrophe from many angles. So your reasoning doesn’t make sense. First you must understand why MJ settled. It was to avoid jail. Understand that MJ actually booked studio time to record the HIStory album only weeks after the settlement announcement! How could he do that if they were anticipating a damn criminal trial? How could Cochran say it was time to "heal and move on" when announcing the settlement-right in the middle of the criminal investigation? It all points to that they were sure Jordan had been silenced, they were safe from his testimony 👇

1st-> You must realize that civil and criminal courts operate under completely different standards of proof. This makes the outcome heavily dependent on lawyer tactics rather than absolute truth in civil case. The Chandler family's purpose was money. If MJ had lost the civil case, they would have secured their payout and refused to testify in a criminal trial. This would have permanently branded MJ as guilty without a fair chance to clear his name in a criminal court. MJ's team refused to take that risk. 2nd->At the time, MJ was earning millions of dollars every month and running a world tour. I guess they likely concluded that instead of a superstar in his prime spending years fighting in court for 'justice', it was better to give Chandler the money he wanted and escape the situation immediately, even if it meant taking immediate backlash. As the 2005 trial proved, even when he fought to the end and was fully acquitted, people like you still doubt him because media only press "claims" as if they are "proven truth". Let me ask you this: if your child were sexually abused and you reported it, would you abandon the criminal trial just because you received a payout? The Settlement topic is a weapon that can be used by both MJ supporters and MJ guilters. In other words, using the settlement as a tool to argue for objective innocence or guilt is not persuasive. However, the clear facts as I understand are: They made a settlement Chandler family disappeared Prosecutor closed the case Jordan Chandler filed a restraining order against Evan Chandler for assault. There is no evidence to prove that he was guilty in this topic. End of conversation.
