I think a lot of my recharging comes from playing— rolling down hills, dancing, letting myself feel everything. Also from connecting with my lovely friends and also letting myself be cared for by the older people I get to organize with, those are the things that recharge me.

You belong! We are asking for change on a massive scale, and the only way to do that is with authentic intergenerational collaboration. We just need to make sure adults and young people work together successfully to benefit each other and the movement. #TeachClimateChat

The work of the political scientist Elinor Ostrom has become an important resource for myself, and I would recommend any educator look into Ostrom’s work. She offers 8 core design principles on how it is we can avoid a Tragedy of the Commons. #TeachClimateChat

I would really recommend the book “The Red Deal” it offers excellent language around land back and Indigenous sovereignty as the only appropriate conservation project. It also forces its readers to face the realities of eco-capitalism. @The_Red_Nation #TalkClimateChat #LandBack
