Year 8 have had a fantastic half term with lots to celebrate. - Barry athletic football under 13s boys won the championship cup. - Year 8’s were involved in a Maths Challenge. - Some Year 8’s received awards for their work in Welsh this half term. Da Iawn!

I couldn't be more proud of all of our choirs tonight at the Pencoedtre Cluster Choir Concert! But I'm extra proud of my little @PencoedtreHS group! So happy so share our performance 🎼🎤🎵 Plenty more videos and photos to come of all tonight's wonderful performances!

Some Year 8’s have been lucky enough to use our fitness suite - we hope to see them continue to progress here next term! Overall, we have had some real positives in Year 8 this half term & we look forward to welcoming everybody back into school on the 19th February @PencoedtreHS

Year 8 have had a busy half term, here is some of what we have been up to…. Year 8 pupils created a French Cafe, tasting some French patisseries such as croissants and pain au chocolat. Some Year 8 pupils also were lucky enough to make crepes as part of a French experience. 1
