@yearner1642101 i feel u, i can’t sit properly so i always have either my legs crossed or against my chest, even while on a chair with a back support i end up looking like a shrimp 😭 i'm only 24 but already have some back pain... the worst ones are at the back of the shoulders tbh 😭😭
