@Yell since when did it become appropriate for a yell employee to harass my phone lines constantly trying to sell me advertising that I don’t want. The sales guy is so rude speaks over me and does not accept I don’t want whatever it is he’s offering!

@Yell I am working with an SME and your companies customer service has been appalling. We even asked for the contract and 4 weeks later nothing. You claim that the leads you supply are genuine leads but you are recording every single phone number to the business as a lead. WHY.
